Library closed as of March 19
3/18/2020

To help prevent the spread of Covid-19 in our community the Greenville-Butler Co. Public Library will be closed effective Thursday, March 19. We will monitor the situation on a weekly basis, but we plan on reopening to the public on Monday, April 6.

We will continue to update and maintain our Facebook page and our website with new information as it becomes available.

Our online services are still available. You can check out eBooks and digital audiobooks through Overdrive by visiting www.camellia.overdrive.com. After selecting the GBCPL as your library, sign in using your library card number and pin (your last name, all lowercase). If you have an Android or iPhone download the Libby app to your device which makes checking out digital materials an easier process.

If you have books or DVDs checked out, you may return them at our Book Drop or keep them until we reopen. All fines for materials overdue after today’s date will be waived.

We will continue to check our email and messages on Facebook. If you have an issue gaining eBook access through Overdrive, let us know and we will try and resolve the issue ASAP. Email us at: library@greenville-bcpl.org.

We ask for your understanding and patience during this national health emergency.
