Fall Supper Social @ the Library Oct. 17
10/8/2024
The Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greenville-Butler County Public Library will host its co-sponsored annual Fall Supper Social Oct. 17 at the Greenville-Butler County Public Library’s Camellia Pavilion.

“This year’s Fall Supper Social is shaping up to be a great event,” said Tracy Salter, executive director of the GACOC.  “Guests can expect to enjoy some great food and live
entertainment.”

The menu will be a fish fry style feast catered by Uncle E's BBQ & Catering.  The menu will include catfish fillets, chicken tenders, hush puppies, cheese grits, coleslaw, and  tasty desserts.
Guests can also expect an evening of great entertainment as the high energy band 55 South delivers a smooth sound featuring a wide variety of new and old country hits from Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Tanya Tucker, and The Cranberries.

The GACOC director said in addition to food and entertainment, guests can expect some great door prizes at this year’s event.

“The Fall Supper Social is a wonderful opportunity to network and socialize with others within the community,” said Salter.

Attendance is limited to those 21 and over; tickets are $30 and are available from the chamber office at the Train Depot, or from the Greenville-Butler County Library, Salter said.

“If located in Greenville, the chamber will even deliver tickets to your business or office.”

Salter said that the event is open to anyone in the community regardless of whether or not they are chamber members.

“We always look forward to hosting this event with the Chamber,” said GBCPL Director Kevin Pearcey. “It’s a chance for us to show off the beautiful grounds of the library in a relaxed, social setting, and everyone always has a great time. “We invite everyone to come out and enjoy the evening.”
